Paul was the founder and Chairman of the Concept Group based in the United Kingdom. Providing specialist services in areas of data communication networks, design and construction of computer rooms and high-end engineering services. Clients included Sun Microsystems, for which Concept Group were their sole UK provider, Santa Cruz Operation, Silicon Graphics, IBM, Dell and Unisys. At its peak the group employed over 100 staff. In 1992 the Concept Group was divided into several operations which were then sold to individual management. He then concentrated on consulting, in areas of Technology, Business Development, International Operations and Commercial Management. Assignments have taken him to USA, Australia, India, Africa, Philippines, Korea, Japan, Iceland, Hong Kong and Malaysia. He has advised major international corporations from Honeywell Inc (USA) to Tata Group (India) and was retained as Consultant / Advisor to the Renong Group of companies with specific involvement at Time dotCom Berhad, United Engineers (M) Berhad, Teras Teknologi Sdn Bhd, Time dotNet Sdn Bhd and Optixlab Sdn Bhd.
Paul has been involved in start-up businesses in Europe, Australia and the USA and is a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD), Institute of Electrical and Electronic Incorporated Engineers and is a member of the Engineering Council (UK).
