He has been working in regional Telco and IT industries for the pass five years. He is currently responsible for the day to day operation of Java consultant business. Hor has over 15 years experience in telecommunication and IT technology development and management experience in value added service, mobile application, billing and customer service and ISP. He was most recently General Manager for Lityan International, a leading IT company in Malaysia. He was responsible for implementation and rollout of Sacel, a GSM network in Madagascar with capacity of 40,000 subscribers. Hor has been responsible for leading a team to develop Billing and Customer Service system for the Sacel network. He has developed a Wireless Data network using INMARSAT and little LEO satellite network in China. He was leading a consortium consist of Lityan, ST Electronic and Inmarsat to develop vehicle tracking and management system for China market. Hor has also been involved with extensive implementation of telecommunication service and IT solutions. Key project includes a network infrastructure for Internet based Value Added Network, a 200,000 subscriber Voice Mail System for a digital mobile network, first SMS server for mobile network on signaling network 41C, first ISDN campus network in Malaysia. Hor holds a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering Degree in Computer Engineering from University of Kansas.
